How to navigate the big emotions of the ppl u love as a deep feeler 🫶🏼

You’re a sensitive soul, so seeing someone you love in pain can feel overwhelming.
Their emotions can feel uncomfortable to hold, so you might find yourself:
Get defensive, feeling like their problems are yours to solve
Rush into fix-it mode to restore harmony
